I managed to get a Boots the Monkey costume page put together before we left for the East Coast. We got Jane safely checked into her dorm today. If there are other costumes that you are particularly interested in, let me know and I’ll see if I can put together ideas on how to make it. To see the Boots the Monkey page, just go to http://www.n6st.org/boots-the-monkey.htm

As I was looking at the search terms that people are using to find costumes, I was stuck by how many searches there are for costume ideas for couples. So, to meet that need, I have started a page to bring together all the ideas I can think of and that others may contribute (hint, hint) for couple costumes. Take a look at www.n6st.org/halloween-costumes-for-couples.htm

Well, the Halloween season is well underway. All the grocery stores, drug stores and department stores all have their Halloween merchandise available also the seasonal Halloween stores are starting to open. I’m going to have my camera with me to take lots of costume pictures this year. If you do the same thing, I would really like to see your pictures so I can put some on the site at www.n6st.org/hallow.htm, and other pages that have other costume ideas.
If you haven’t noticed, I found a source for custom-made Boots the Monkey costumes. Check the link at the bottom of www.n6st.org/boots-the-monkey.htm.
What are you going to be for Halloween? I think I’m going to be a Sudoko puzzle.

I’ve been watching the searches for various costumes. By far the most popular search is for Boots the Monkey. Searches for Boots the Monkey exceeds searches for other costumes by at least 20 to 1. I’m going to put together a page Boots the Monkey costumes, though it probably won’t be done until next Wednesday since we’re leaving tomorrow (originally written on September 6th) to take our daughter Jane to school on the East Coast.

The costume talk blog, which originally was hosted on the Wordpress web site, is now on the save server as n6st.org. For you that doesn’t really make any difference. For me, I now know exactly where everything is and can tweak the look and feel as needed.
I’ll be moving all the previous posts to this new Blog.
